Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) is seeking qualified IT professionals to provide Tier 1–3 technical support for DoD environments, ensuring secure and available systems in compliance with policy. You will guide hardware/software installation, operation, and troubleshooting for government users and services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, five years of relevant experience, and DoD 8570 Level II/III certification with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Five years of prior experience in a similar IT/technical role.
• DoD 8570 Level II/III certification is required.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support to maintain secure and available systems while following DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Offer guidance on computer hardware and software installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues across government-provided software/hardware and ensure proper logging in the service management system.
• Assist with account provisioning, device setup, and maintenance per DISA DMUC policies.
