Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 technical support for the AvMC Enterprise.
• Log and route service requests in the ASC service management system.
• Guide users on hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with DISA DoD Mobility Unclassified policies.
• Provide guidance on account provisioning and desktop/mobile device support.
• Maintain secure and available systems per DoD cybersecurity policies.
