Job summary

Leidos seeks a Network Project Engineer to lead end-to-end DoD network designs across JBAB, JBA, and the Pentagon. You will craft detailed architectures, guide installations, and ensure security compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires DoD experience, active clearance, and Cisco DNAC/ISE expertise, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable networks for defense environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Active CCNA/ CCNP Security certifications.
• Strong background in network architecture design.
• Experience documenting network architectures and procedures.
• Experience with DoD/regulated environments.
• Familiarity with RMF, STIGs and DoD 8500 series.

Responsibilities

• Lead network engineering on assigned projects.
• Develop detailed network designs aligning with DoD standards.
• Produce end-to-end network solutions and diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security practices.
• Collaborate with system engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee installation and configuration of network equipment.
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation.
