Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation seeks a Senior Network Engineer – CONUS to serve as the regional technical authority for DHA LAN/WAN environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and standardized network services for MHS systems within the CONUS region.

Responsibilities include high-level troubleshooting, design, documentation, and coordination with government engineers, CSPs, and service providers. DoD security requirements and strong Cisco/solarwinds skills are essential.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field with 5+ years related experience; or 10+ years directly related experience.
Experience with DoD healthcare environments and RMF/ATO processes is preferred.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to government and technical staff in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

Serve as regional technical authority for CONUS DHA network facilities; coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues affecting network availability and security posture for MHS systems.
Lead installation, configuration, and optimization of routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and related devices.
Use SolarWinds/Orion, ARMIS, Ansible, and diagnostic tools to isolate root causes and implement fixes.
Document changes, update network diagrams, and prepare artifacts for RMF/ATO packages.
Coordinate security changes and ensure STIG-compliant configurations and vulnerability remediation.
