Job summary

Empower AI seeks a Program Manager IV to lead IT services programs for Army Enterprise Data Centers, onsite in Roanoke/Radford area. The role requires DoD secret clearance, PMP/DAWIA, and extensive DoD program management experience with senior government stakeholders.

You will coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and logistics, oversee budgets, and provide executive briefings. On-site only, with opportunities to influence nationwide AEDC operations and disaster

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience briefing senior government officials.
• Experience managing IT services programs in a DoD/Army environment.
• Knowledge of Army acquisition processes, reimbursable program structures, and DoD IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of program management for IT services and support programs.
• Serve as primary government point of contact including PEOs/PMOs and senior Army leadership.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics.
