Candidates should have 8–12+ years in DoD/federal IT program mgmt, PMP or DAWIA III, and DoD Secret Clearance. Strong communication with senior government stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred may be considered in lieu of portion of education.
• 8–12+ years of program management experience in DoD or federal IT programs.
• Active PMP certification or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance at time of hire.
• Experience managing IT services programs in a DoD or Army environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of program management: planning, execution, monitoring, control, closeout for IT services.
• Primary point of contact for government customers including PEOs and PMOs to senior Army leadership.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, risk registers, issues, and performance metrics per DoD standards.
• Oversee acquisition planning, contract administration, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and logistics for integrated service delivery.
• Support cost modeling, budget formulation, and financial reporting for reimbursable programs.
• Manage contractor and government personnel performance across work streams; provide executive briefings.
