Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK, handling budgeting, financial analysis, and program metrics for major USAF programs.

An active SECRET clearance with potential SAP/SCI access is required, along with DoD finance experience. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s (15+ years) and/or a Master’s (10+ years) in business/finance, with SAP/SCI experience and CONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with background investigation current within 5 years; ability to obtain SAP access and TOP-SECRET/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/management/finance/economics with 15 years DoD/government experience.
• Master’s degree in business/management/finance/economics with 10 years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process; funds management and controls.
• Develop financial baselines and budget documentation; forecast obligations and expenditures.
• Prepare and present briefings; assist in acquisition program information and analyses.
• Reconcile accounting data; prepare status reports and program reviews; dispose unliquidated obligations.
• Provide PMA analysis and funds management for full budgeting tasks; support program milestones.
• Assist in planning acquisition strategies; prepare pre/post award docs; track milestones; maintain databases.
• Research funds reconciliation across DoD systems (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support; coordinate audits with DCAA/other agencies.
• Participate in contract reconciliation and closeout.
• Interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines with accounting principles.
