Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Tinker AFB, OK. Responsibilities include PPBE financial support, baselining, forecasts, and PMA analysis, with deep involvement in SAP/SCI environments and contract reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, or economics with DoD or government experience.
• Master's degree preferred with relevant DoD/DoD contractor background.
• 15+ years DoD/government financial experience for BA/BD position.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases; funds management, status, and control using finance systems.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary docs; forecast obligations/expenditures for acquisition programs.
• Assist in developing program info, conduct budget/financial analysis, coordinate staff, and prepare briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data; prepare status reports and program reviews; disposition unliquidated obligations.
• Provide PMA analysis: budgeting and execution tasks across PMA funds.
• Assist in planning acquisition strategies; PMB development; pre/post award documents; track milestones; manage databases and metrics.
• Research and assist with funds reconciliation using DoD databases (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support.
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and other agencies; support contract closeout efforts.
• Interpret DoD/DFAS regulations with common accounting principles.
