Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Fort Leavenworth team in Fort Leavenworth, KS.
The role focuses on providing end-user technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining mission-critical IT operations in a DoD environment. The ideal candidate will have a DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and strong customer-service skills.
Qualifications
- DoD Secret Clearance required or the ability to obtain one.
- IAT Level II certification or higher per DoD 8570/8140.
- Experience providing desktop support and end-user IT assistance in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Windows OS and MS Office applications.
- SharePoint administration, support, optimization, or site management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for end-user technical support and help desk operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business apps.
- Provide Tier I/II support for government users per SLAs.
- Manage tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with SharePoint site management and user support.
- Coordinate with NEC and other technical teams on issues.
