Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight for cybersecurity activities across assigned classified information systems, ensuring risk management and inspection readiness.
• Serve as the senior cybersecurity authority for inspections, assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring.
• Oversee system authorization activities under RMF, applying JSIG and DAAG guidance where applicable.
• Lead cybersecurity Change Control Boards and evaluate security impact of proposed changes.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks to senior leadership and translate issues into mission impact.
• Partner with Program Managers to align security with program objectives.
• Directly manage cybersecurity personnel, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Develop team capability through mentoring, structured development planning, certification progression, and required training compliance.
• Balance workloads and allocate resources to meet inspection timelines.
• Prepare and deliver cybersecurity status briefings summarizing posture and trends.
