Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the U.S. Army’s IEW&S at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. You will lead program execution, coordinate a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and business professionals, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

The role requires an active Secret clearance and extensive government-program experience. You will report to ABSC’s Executive VP of Programs, supervise personnel and subcontractors,

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience managing Government programs with supervisory experience.
• Or 10 years of experience with a Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience coordinating planning and implementation of contract-support activities.
• Experience interfacing with Government personnel and managing contractor personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Estimates at Completion: work with finance to maintain accurate program estimates.
• Oversee delivery of reports, plans, dashboards, and other customer deliverables.
• Oversee and manage the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, WBS, schedule, and risk management approach.
• Lead program team members and manage staffing, onboarding, and backfill activities.
• Manage timekeeping through Deltek and ensure accurate reporting of hours and costs.
• Conduct monthly PM assessments to evaluate progress, performance, and risks.
• Identify and respond to program risks and opportunities to minimize impact.
• Maintain financial, personnel, schedule, production, and performance information for reporting.
• Provide program oversight, set priorities, and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Engage with Government, corporate, subcontractor, and partner stakeholders.
