Job summary

Hui Huliau is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst to provide senior-level financial management, budget analysis, and program support for the G37 Exercises mission. The role analyzes budgets and develops spend plans, forecasts, and POMs, using DoD guidance and systems like GFEBS, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Travel within CONUS and internationally may be required; full-time or part-time unspecified; work may be in office or home office.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in DoD or Government budget roles with clear reporting.
• Experience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role on large budgets.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms including BI and Apps.
• Experience creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs) and Spend Plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level financial management, budget analysis, and program support for the G37 Exercises mission.
• Collect, analyze financial data; develop budgets, forecasts, and spend plans; track obligations and expenditures.
• Prepare data-driven recommendations to senior leaders; support POM development and budget execution.
• Perform financial reporting, reconciliation, and QA reviews; identify risks and corrective actions.
• Operate with DoD guidance (DoD FMR, GAAP, GAAS) and financial systems (GFEBS, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Travel within CONUS and internationally as required; coordinate with multiple units.
