Job summary

DISA is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 to support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer with contracts, budgets, and program inputs. You will prepare and consolidate reports, maintain spend plans, and ensure funding packages align with DoD guidelines.

Responsibilities include reconciling funds, providing executive briefings, and supporting annual budget processes with DoD systems such as FAMIS and the Financial Dashboard. Fort Meade, MD on-site role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of federal financial management principles and budget execution.
• Experience with DoD and DISA financial systems (FAMIS, DFMS, Financial Dashboard).
• Ability to develop executive-level briefings and reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual, financial, and programmatic support to OCFO.
• Consolidate reports and briefings such as Quarterly Portfolio Review and End-of-Year reporting.
• Reconcile funding packages and update spend plans weekly.
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute funding packages and IGCE reviews.
• Produce Status of Funds reports and provide leadership briefings.
