Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience performing financial analysis (financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, ERP usage).
• Strong written and verbal communication for financial reporting and leadership presentations.
• Knowledge of DoD budget formulation, execution, and reporting processes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and financial analysis to support Navy programs and NSWCDD initiatives.
• Utilize NERP, NEPS, and IBPES to generate reports, forecast budgets, track execution, and resolve financial issues.
• Process incoming funding and recommend allocation of resources.
• Prepare funding status inputs and required deliverables.
• Support development of budget exhibits, financial briefings, and leadership presentations.
• Respond to data calls and coordinate with planning and execution teams.
• Compile funding documentation, amendments, and progress reports with accuracy and traceability.
