Job summary

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Budget Analyst to support a federal customer with comprehensive financial, budgetary, and program analysis functions. Expect expert knowledge of DoD systems and complex portfolios across large projects.

The role requires 10+ years of budget analysis experience, extensive Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills. Candidates will interact with leadership and manage funding documentation in STANFINS, GFEBS, LMP, and DAI.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university OR 20 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Field of Study: Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Experience: 10 years of experience providing budget analysis for multiple large projects.
• Experience with DoD financial systems: STANFINS, GFEBS, LMP, DAI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept, process, and control funds received from customers.
• Research, reconcile, and transfer open reimbursable funds.
• Attend financial meetings and brief leadership on fund status and budget execution.
• Prepare account reconciliations, special financial analyses, and comprehensive budget reports.
• Maintain and manage travel funds.
• Query and extract data from DAI, LMP, and GFEBS to support financial tracking and reporting.
• Maintain and update Excel-based financial reports and tracking tools.
• Query databases to identify fund balances, commitments, obligations, disbursements, and support contract reconciliation.
• Enter PWDs into LMP and input commitments/obligations into STANFINS, DAI, LMP, and GFEBS.
• Research and reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Prepare funding documentation and manage/update obligation plans.
