Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper (AT) Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

You will oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines and collaborate with the Government SAP Security Officer to ensure compliance, training, and access control. The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility, a 15-year DoD-related background, and the ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience in the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• Proficiency in SAP, SCI, and security policy execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial, and Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties.
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain the unit’s security databases.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers and training records.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities and visitor control.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education programs.
