Serco Inc. in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH seeks a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems security engineering and microelectronics to support the DoD AT Executive Agent Field Program Office.

This senior role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree in engineering, and 20+ years of relevant DoD experience. Travel up to 10% may be required as you assess circuitry, reverse-engineering methods, and collaboration with labs to protect CPI.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access.
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 20+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes.
• Assess circuitry and determine reverse engineering methods.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions and RFPs.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility.
• Assess capabilities against system requirements.
• Collaborate with service labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI.
• Work with AT evaluation teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist efforts to improve AT design and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct testing.
• Conduct performance, supportability, and risk assessments.
• Create and maintain security classification guides.
