Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs in security engineering and microelectronics. You will apply DoD systems security processes, evaluate circuits, and provide technical oversight across proposals and projects.

Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and a 20+ year engineering background in DoD environments. Occasional CONUS travel up to 10% will be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline with extensive DoD experience.
• Experience in SAP or SCI environments within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and attack-tamper methods to weapon systems.
• Assess circuitry and memory for reverse engineering susceptibility.
• Provide technical oversight of proposals and ongoing projects.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners to assess vulnerabilities and improvements.
• Develop security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
• Conduct tests and risk assessments to support program protection.
• Support DoD anti-tamper efforts across development to sustainment.
