Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD Special Programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires DoD security clearances (Top Secret with SCI/SAP) and senior engineering experience.

You will apply systems engineering processes, assess circuitry for tamper resistance, and contribute to training materials and curriculum development. You will work with Government and industry partners to guide program protection, contribute to RFPs, and review proposals for feasibility

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of new and existing weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips and determine MITIGATION or reverse engineering approaches
• Support FPO Education and Outreach Lead by developing engineering curriculum modules
• Develop and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored educational courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including long-term planning and RFP development
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess acquired capabilities in achieving system design requirements and CPI protections
• Identify technologies and evaluate system/subsystem design functions to protect CPI
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule and risk assessments and trade studies
• Provide specialized support for ICT initiatives and policy modernization; author ad-hoc technical documentation
