Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on systems security engineering and anti-tamper for current and future weapon systems, with TS/SCI eligibility and seamless collaboration with DoD labs and industry partners. Qualified candidates have a Master’s in Engineering and at least 20 years of relevant DoD experience, plus SAP/SCI exposure and ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and eligibility for SAP
• Master's degree in Engineering with extensive DoD experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within the last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory chips for reverse engineering methods
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFPs and oversight
• Review and analyze contractor proposals for design feasibility and compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and specs
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and lab exploitation
• Identify technologies and evaluate designs to protect CPI in program protection
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities
• Assist in improving anti-tamper/anti-exploitation design, development, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems and components
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments and trade studies
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
