Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and extensive DoD systems engineering expertise in weapon system protection. You will develop curricula, train the Anti-Tamper community, and provide technical oversight on acquisitions, RFPs, and program protection analyses within classified environments.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP; current background investigation within 5 years or Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years in DoD/government/DoD contractor environment.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years in DoD/government/DoD contractor environment.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies and procedures for weapon systems lifecycle.
• Assess circuitry and memory to determine reverse engineering approaches.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO Education and Outreach.
• Create and update training materials with Government/industry partners.
• Instruct sponsored courses in classified environments for the Anti-Tamper community.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, RFP development and project oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate capabilities against system requirements and CPI protection needs.
• Analyze test plans and participate in system, subsystem and component testing.
• Conduct performance, schedulability, risk assessments, and trade studies.
• Author technical documentation for ICT initiatives and policy modernization.
