Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent field office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead acquisition activities, manage technology development and integration, and coordinate strategy meetings with DoD organizations, labs, SMEs, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP (background investigation within past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting).
• Demonstrated experience in managing DoD Acquisition Programs.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver and sustain USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, integration, testing, production, and logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents for government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and other acquisition documents for new tech/contract efforts.
• Organize strategy meetings among DoD orgs, service labs, SMEs, and industry to set guidance across the ATEA community.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related technology development areas.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners on tech development reviews and technical interchanges.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach modules and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course.
