Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CLM solutions for enterprise workflows. You will work with stakeholders to automate contracts, manage integrations, and improve process efficiency across systems.

Remote role open to qualified applicants in Minneapolis, MN, with a focus on delivering scalable, governance-driven CLM deployments and hands-on guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, template creation, and system configuration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for system “eForm” as well as email template development.
• Basic proficiency in C# programming (relevant within CLM workflow development).
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST API concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes to ensure organized document management.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration, metadata management, and system integration.
• Create user-friendly form designs utilizing HTML and DocuSign CLM features to enhance system user experience.
• Configure CLM administration settings and features to optimize system performance and user productivity.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems utilizing the CLM connector and CLM API framework (e.g., Salesforce CRM/CPQ).
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations of system development during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues.
