Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Senior Documentation Specialist to author and guarantee content integrity across staff resources. You will lead knowledge management efforts, edit for accuracy, and ensure formatting aligns with established styles.

You’ll facilitate meetings, partner with departments, and oversee communities within our knowledge management system. The role requires 3–5 years in technical writing, a Bachelor’s in English/communications, and the ability to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with technical writing and documentation management.
• Experience editing, formatting and ensuring adherence to style guides and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs core responsibilities of the Documentation Specialist with limited oversight.
• Reviews and edits documentation to meet styles and standards, providing feedback.
• Leads team and partner department meetings, sharing insights for improvement.
• Oversees end-to-end management of communities within the knowledge management system.
• Identifies gaps and aligns priorities with the department's strategic vision.
• Develops and executes workplans, identifying blockers and proposing solutions.
