Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for our clients.

You will perform document production work per policy, assess requests to determine the correct process, edit and transcribe to client satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, train junior staff, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher level education preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Document production, word processing experience preferred.
• Advanced skill in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, meeting deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests, identify correct process, and ensure completion throughout task lifecycle.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment/technology/software and hardware.
• Assist with coordination of document production services, intake, and workflow within team.
• Troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
• Communicate with peers, supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
• Train more junior staff members.
