TierFive is seeking a Senior Document Imaging Project Manager in San Dimas, CA. This onsite, full-time role leads production workflows, translates client requirements into actionable instructions, and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will coordinate staff, train teams, and optimize processes across scanning, indexing, and delivery to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management, production management, or related operational experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate client requirements into practical production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple document scanning and records-conversion projects from intake through final delivery.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal production instructions and workflows.
• Establish schedules, milestones, staffing, and production targets; monitor progress and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and manage change orders as needed.
• Coordinate client communications, meetings, and status updates; review project documentation.
