Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Document Controller for a US-based, on-site role in Ohio on a 12-month contract. You will manage all project documentation within the EPIC system, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and controlled revision history for a large CAPEX program in a highly regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive document control experience on large projects and familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory contexts, supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction

Qualifications

• Extensive document control experience on large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Experience with EPIC document management system.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Senior Document Controller supporting Project Controls on the LAPI program.
• Administer and govern all project documentation within EPIC per procedures.
• Ensure accurate receipt, logging, distribution, tracking, and archival of engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV documentation.
• Maintain strict document version control and revision history.
