E2 Consulting Engineers, LP seeks a Document Control Lead to support utility infrastructure and capital construction projects in Reno, Nevada. You will establish and oversee document control processes across the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, construction teams, and client stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on document control expertise, process improvement, and team leadership, with experience in EDMS, lifecycle management, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in document control, project documentation, or records management.
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with EDMS, document lifecycle management, and revision control.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, utilities, energy, or large capital infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures, standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead document control activities across assigned projects.
• Maintain document registers, tracking logs, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and transmittals between teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure version control and complete document histories.
• Provide guidance and training on document management tools and procedures.
