Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Document Controls Lead to establish and oversee document control processes across utility infrastructure and capital construction projects. You will manage EDMS structures, governance, and team leadership through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.

Responsibilities include creating control plans, maintaining registers, training teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience in document control, project documentation, or records management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in electronic document control processes, procedures, standards, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, utilities, energy, or large capital infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures, standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead document control activities across assigned projects and maintain registers and dashboards.
• Oversee EDMS structures, permissions, migrations, and QA activities.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and transmittals with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure version control and complete document histories across the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and training on document management tools and procedures.
