Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP seeks a Document Controls Lead to oversee documentation for major utility and capital construction projects in Las Vegas. You will establish controls, governance, and dashboards, while coordinating with engineering, construction, and client teams to ensure accurate, controlled records throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing plans, maintaining registers, training teams on tools, and guiding closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 10+ years in document control, project documentation, or records management.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with electronic document control processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, utilities or large capital projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain document control procedures, workflows, and standards.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and transmittals between teams and clients.
• Ensure version control and complete document histories.
• Lead document control activities across multiple projects.
• Monitor performance metrics and support audits and regulatory requests.
