Qualifications

• BS (or higher) in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering.
• 5+ years' post graduate experience in engineering or construction project management.
• Preferred: 3+ years leadership; PE License CT; PMP; CMMS Corrigo, Oracle and Procure.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and develop scope of work; prepare bid documents; vendor selection.
• Secure internal funding; prepare purchase requisitions.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and manage multiple projects.
• Develop ROM estimates and business cases to obtain funding.
• Report project status to management and senior leadership.
