The role acts as the central authority for dock operations, identifying risks and implementing improvements to ensure smooth flow of goods throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for dock operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, tenants, vendors and senior leadership to optimize freight movement.
• Drive process improvements to increase inventory accuracy, workforce productivity and customer service levels.
• Manage dock capacity, identify operational risks, and implement safety programs and best practices.
• Serve as the operational liaison across functions to ensure seamless movement of goods within the facility.
