Senior Division Manager, Life Sciences – NYC (Contract Staffing). Our client is adding a Senior Division Manager to their NYC team. They operate in the U.S., U.K. and Germany, with teams that support Life Sciences and Medical Technology industries.

What You Need

• 4-10 years of staffing sales experience preferably within a Technical or Professional vertical.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, either starting as a recruiter and moving into sales, or running a full 360 desk.
• Stable work history with a minimum of 3-5 years in each position you've held.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership over a sales team of 2 or more individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive market providing superb service to your clients, candidates and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
