Job summary

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah seeks a Division Administrator to manage the administrative, financial, and clinical operations of a pediatric division. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 8+ years of directly related work experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative, financial, personnel, and clinical operations for assigned division(s).
• Provide strategic leadership in planning and implementing new programs.
• Develop and monitor division budgets and financial performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop division staff; mentor and coach managers.
