Fulton County’s Office of Diversity and Civil Rights Compliance (DCRC) seeks an experienced Equal Employment Opportunity professional in the EEO division to oversee investigations, training, and policy development. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and collaboration with County leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, several years of discrimination investigation experience (three years focused on employment discrimination), and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years of progressive investigative experience, including three years in employment discrimination investigations and one year in a leadership role.
• Understanding of federal anti-discrimination laws (Title VII, ADA, etc.) and ability to apply them in investigations.
• Experience with case management systems and data analysis tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct staff; manage work schedules and performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement equal opportunity and nondiscrimination compliance programs.
• Coordinate, conduct, and evaluate investigations; prepare formal reports for County leadership.
• Provide training materials and guidance on policy, procedure, and compliance frameworks.
• Consult with County Attorney’s Office on complex legal issues and provide expert testimony when needed.
