Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university, or Master's with 3 years EEO experience
• J.D./PhD with 2 years EEO experience
• Eight years of professional experience implementing equal employment opportunity programs and ensuring fair practice standards
• Administration of programs for persons with disabilities and policy implementation

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Fair Practices Officer for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, reporting to the Secretary
• Implement and ensure compliance with federal and state civil rights laws
• Investigate and resolve fair practice complaints and monitor resolutions
• Provide direct supervision to EEO and ADA staff across the agency
