Qualifications

• Education: Certification or Degree in a related technical field, business management or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 7+ years in field service, service management, or account management.
• Travel: Up to 70% travel to support Accounts within territory.
• CRM: Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce is a plus.
• Driver's license: Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for service-related account management within territory.
• Build influential relationships with Account Principals, Managers and Parts & Service Managers.
• Develop district strategy and tailored strategies for individual accounts; measure results vs target.
• Provide timely product service support and training to drive accounts’ service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to close field findings and drive improvements.
