Qualifications

• Proven ability to expand sales territories and manage dealers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district and dealer strategies to optimize sales within the territory.
• Communicate customer and market needs to internal teams to align with demands.
• Lead dealer performance through quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings and data analysis.
• Design and deliver dealer training programs and promotions to drive market share growth.
