Job summary
AstraZeneca is seeking a District Sales Manager for the FASENRA Accounts Team within Advanced Specialty Care. You will lead Biologics Accounts Sales Specialists across Hospitals, health systems, and other care sites, driving specialty product strategies and access solutions.
The role requires deep knowledge of advanced therapies, payer dynamics, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll coach field teams, align with brand plans, and push for growth through data-driven insights in a complex
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales or commercial experience in healthcare
- Experience in account management and/or complex reimbursement models
- Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of advanced specialty pharmaceutical products and disease states
- Guide teams through complex market and access challenges
- Drive an account mindset with cross-functional partnerships
- Ensure brand alignment in business plans
- Coach sales reps to improve performance and growth
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
