Job summary

Honda PS&P District Parts & Accessories Business Manager role based in Torrance, CA will liaise with Honda’s PS&P Division and Powersports dealers to drive Parts & Accessory sales in the district and improve service operations.

You will manage dealer networks, conduct training, and lead dealer visit campaigns, with up to 80% travel and potential relocation assistance. A Bachelor's in Business or related field and PSP industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Powersports Technologies.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 80% and willing to relocate.
• Valid driver’s licence – M/C Endorsement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales in the district through dealer visits and promotions.
• Improve fixed operations profitability and service operations.
• Manage dealer network development, orientation and training.
• Achieve top dealer visitation targets including Powerhouse quarterly visits.
