Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. seeks a District Parts & Accessories Business Manager to drive Parts & Accessories sales across its dealer network.

The role reports to the Alpharetta, GA office but will be based out of Torrance, CA, with heavy travel to meet dealers and grow profitability. You will work with Honda’s PS&P Division to enhance dealership operations and customer satisfaction, developing training and regional campaigns to boost service and parts performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Powersports Technologies.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 80% and relocate.
• Valid driver’s license – M/C Endorsement a plus.
• Understanding of dealership operations; Service/Parts dept management experience.
• 5 years PSP industry experience at retail or OEM level.

Responsibilities

• Parts and Accessory Sales through dealer visits and promotions.
• Improve dealer profitability and customer satisfaction via service ops training.
• Manage dealer network with new dealer development and training.
• Achieve top 30 dealer visitation targets and quarterly Powerhouse visits.
