Job summary

Coach is seeking a District Manager to oversee Full Price Retail stores across Detroit, Ohio, Indiana, and Pittsburgh. The role emphasizes leading the district management team, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in upscale retail, including 2–4 years as a multi-store manager
• Ability to communicate critical issues to senior management and partner on solutions
• Proactive problem solving and action planning to drive results
• Experience overseeing stores across multiple markets (Detroit, OH, IN, Pittsburgh) and ensuring consistent practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the district store management team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensure highest level of customer service across area stores and drive sales goals
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and store environments to reflect Coach direction
• Coach and train management staff through regular meetings and on‑the‑job development
• Communicate with senior leadership on performance, opportunities, and initiatives
