Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Byron Township, Michigan, to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, operations, and team development. You lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach’s service standards.

You will adapt across roles, implement strategies, and contribute to an expressive luxury brand—and your own career growth while managing a fast-paced environment, schedules, and store safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or luxury fashion preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting and category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising; maintain store safety and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate & Communicate: partner with leadership to interpret market trends and share insights with district and corporate teams.
