Job summary

Cision is seeking a Senior Distribution Customer Support Representative to join our global team. The role emphasizes high‑level support, answering client questions, resolving issues accurately, and guiding the next generation of representatives to success.

You will interact with clients across phone, chat, and email, educate them on distribution products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction remain high.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in customer support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible with change.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Detail oriented and goal driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, and email.
• Serve as point of resolution when possible and educate clients on distribution products and procedures.
• Keep colleagues informed about SOP changes and assist new hires.
• Meet or exceed activity metrics and navigate Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Sales, and Product to support customer needs.
