Qualifications

• 1+ years in content creation or customer service.
• BA degree in a communication-related field required.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and content best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert and strategist to align services with client needs.
• Provide recommendations on content best practices to improve engagement and visibility.
