You will lead protection-related solutions for utility distribution systems, including relay settings, DER interconnections, arc flash, and grid modernization applications. The role emphasizes leading studies, coordinating with clients and vendors, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of post-education experience as an electrical engineer on large capital projects.
• Strong command of English language, with written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across teams and take initiative to learn new topics.
• Must pass client background screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of protection philosophies, relay settings, and recommendations for distribution systems.
• Interact with utility clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather information and drive project execution.
• Lead engineering tasks on complex projects requiring protection, automation, and utility operations knowledge.
• Coordinate engineering work on multiple projects and ensure quality reviews for team members.
• Collaborate across disciplines on project execution, proposals, and business development.
