Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 7–10 years post-education experience as an electrical engineer
• Strong command of English; written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work across teams and learn new topics
• Uphold safety policies and pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Lead protection-related solutions for utility distribution systems, including relay settings and coordination
• Develop, review, and implement protection philosophies and technical recommendations
• Interact with utility clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather information
• Lead and perform engineering tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality reviews for junior engineers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project execution and business development
• Support technical leadership through industry groups, publications, and conferences
• Some travel should be expected
• Adhere to company Code of Conduct and policies
• Learn/support other disciplines such as Grid Mod, Planning, and SCADA
