Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager III to oversee warehouse operations across the region. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive process optimization, and manage a team of Operations Managers to deliver safe, efficient results.

The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, customer engagement, and strategic initiatives to improve productivity. This position is onsite with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience
• 2+ years in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment
• Experience in 3PL and/or Contract Logistics (preferred)
• Staff management experience
• WMS experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, providing coaching and developing a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Utilize WMS, automation and technology to track inventory and identify improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost-effective services per the commercial agreement.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and key metrics to inform decisions.
• Lead customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for site P&L influenced by customer relationships.
• Prepare and present MB R/QBR to customers with team collaboration.
