• Ensure safety, cost control, quality, and process standards across departments.
• Lead cross-shift handoffs and maintain operational efficiency through communication.
• Develop and enforce procedures and metrics to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of inventory control and supply performance.
• Collaborate with IT for systems development to improve operations and service levels.
