Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Distribution Analyst to own day-to-day outbound operations across US distribution centers. You will monitor deliveries, resolve blocks, and drive improvements in warehousing and delivery performance.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, BTS, and 3PL partners to ensure timely customer fulfillment. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement in distribution execution within a complex healthcare supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, and/or supply chain management.
• Experience using analytics to monitor performance and drive issue resolution.
• Strong data interpretation to identify trends and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day outbound operational support across US/PR distribution centers.
• Perform daily delivery monitoring and open delivery reviews to identify risks.
• Lead resolution of delivery blocks and warehouse cancellations with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as escalation point for Customer Service on order fulfillment issues and delays.
• Monitor and resolve outbound SAP IDOC issues with BTS and 3PL partners.
• Coordinate VAS readiness and post-activity reconciliation for on-time fulfillment.
